Attached in this email is the government's opening brief on the appeal of the Superior Court's order releasing certain records related to the Governor's federalization lawsuit, pursuant to the Open Government Act.  My reply is due by Friday, July 10.

 

Also, the Supreme Court has scheduled a hearing on my Motion to Reconsider the stay on disclosure on July 8, 2009 at 10am.
