Attached to this post is a letter delivered today to the CEC Chair, the CEC Executive Director, and the Attorney General formally protesting emergency regulations approved last week.

I have also attached for your review the emergency regulations approved by the CEC last week; Public Law 15-7; and the House Committee Report endorsing the passage of the bill that would become PL 15-7.
