This is to inform you that per my conversation with Assistant Attorney General Brad Huesman this morning, the Office of the Attorney General expects to turn over requested documents related to the Governor’s federalization lawsuit, at exactly 5:00pm at the Legislature today, August 31, 2009.

Mr. Huesman will meet me at the Legislature building at that time.  You are all welcome to be there as well.
