- Invest in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and rainwater catchment systems.
- Invest in public schools, the Northern Marianas College, and the CNMI scholarship program.
- Invest in preventive healthcare and wellness programs.
- Provide adequate resources for public safety programs.
- Strengthen and enforce environmental protection laws.
- Strengthen and enforce zoning laws.
- Provide support for entrepreneurs and small business owners.
GOAL: Maximize Transparency & Accountability
- All public agencies and the Legislature subject to the Open Government Act
- Regular audits of all public agencies, with full disclosure of findings

How we can get there
- Strengthen the Open Government Act, and apply it to the Legislature.
- Require annual independent audits of all government agencies, including the Legislature, and publicize findings.
- Establish and enforce required qualifications for all top appointed positions.
- Revamp the CNMI Legislature’s website to include meeting notices and agendas, regular updates on all bills, and voting records.
- Conduct regular public forums and public hearings.

- Initiate community visioning process to streamline, reduce, and reorganize local government.

- Stabilize the local business environment through sound policy and consistent enforcement.
- Identify and pursue viable industries that emphasize investment in our local workforce and minimal impacts to the environment and infrastructure.
